60 minute Reset

Best For:

When life is overwhelming and you need a reset.

90 minute Reset

Best For:

When you’re stuck with a specific issue and you need support moving through it.

What happens during the 60 minute session:

- Arrive

- Let me know if you’re open to any intuitive messages that come through during the session

- Hop on the table

- Walk through some light breathing

- Use tuning forks to calm the system

- Rest on the table while your energy is tuned to Solfeggio frequencies

- We don’t force anything to move, only what’s ready

- Check ins throughout the session

- You’re brought back gently into the space

- Quick check in chat

- Depart

What happens during the 90 minute session:

Everything in the 60 minute Reset, plus:

- Arrive

- Start with a conversation about what specifically you’re stuck with

- NOTE: this is not therapy. We make space for the issue so I can support you in moving through it

- Hop on the table

- Use tuning forks to calm, align + support movement around your specific issue

- We work collaboratively with what you’re experiencing and you’ll be gently guided to move through it using various sound + somatic techniques

- You’re brought back gently into the space

- After the sound healing, we take some time to talk through how you’re doing, instead of rushing right back into life

There's no other experience I've had like Karolina's sound therapy sessions. I've had multiple sessions with her. One time, I told her I was feeling very anxious and she used tuning forks to remove my anxiety within minutes. One time, I embraced her sound therapy and imagined myself as an immovable sea cliff, unburdened by waves. Whatever the session, I go on a journey and come out better. Having a Sound Therapy Session with Karolina was amazing! She made me feel welcomed and safe in her space. My body and mind were able to relax and go into a meditative state. At one point I even drifted off to sleep. Throughout the session I could feel the vibrations and energy moving through my body.
