A Better way to handle overwhelm aka what I do when I feel lost

64. A Better way to handle overwhelm aka what I do when I feel lost

April 21, 202636 min read

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed…like you’re constantly thinking, trying, pushing — but nothing is actually changing…

This episode is for you.

In my experience, overwhelm isn’t something to fix.

It’s a signal.

A signal that you’ve disconnected from yourself.

And the more you try to push through it, figure it out, or “get on top of everything”… the worse it gets.

In this episode, I’m sharing:

  • What overwhelm is actually telling you

  • Why pushing through it keeps you stuck

  • How I got caught in the cycle again (even knowing better)

  • What I did to come back to myself and finally feel clarity again

  • A simple way to pause and reconnect in real time

This is the exact shift that changed everything for me — and it’s the foundation of the process I now use to come back to myself again and again.

You don’t need more answers. You don’t need a better plan.

You need to come back to yourself.

⚠️ Quick note

I’m taking a short pause from the podcast while I come back to myself more fully and refine the direction of this work.

I’ll be back soon — with more clarity, and a deeper version of what I’m here to share.

Make sure you’re subscribed so you don’t miss it.

🎧 And for now…

Take a breath.Pause.Come back to yourself.

That’s where everything shifts.

TRANSCRIPT

“If you've been feeling overwhelmed, like you're spinning your wheels, trying to get relief from the pressure, doing everything you can, but not seeing results, this episode is for you. In my experience, overwhelm is assigned to pause. Take a step back and turn inwards, because what overwhelm is really saying is, you're disconnected from yourself.

And when overwhelm keeps happening, and you don't listen, the universe sometimes has to intervene, which is a blessing in disguise if you know how to treat it. And lucky for you for finding this episode, because I have a better way to handle it, and I'm sharing that with you today. So get comfy, because today we're saying goodbye to overwhelm, and hello to freedom and clarity.

I haven't always lived in outside the box life. In fact, most of my life was spent trying to fit in, to conform, not rock the boat and follow the life path, you know, the school career marriage house kids one. Until one day, I couldn't do it anymore.”

“Something felt very wrong. And so I slowly started burning it all down. After taking the terrifying leap into the unknown, I found myself asking, what do I really want?

And can I even have it? Who am I really? Because it's definitely not who I've been.

How can I coexist in a society when I'm questioning its traditions? And can I actually go after my dreams? I've always been told the best thing to do is just play it safe.”

“This podcast is that journey, my journey of self-discovery, of writing my own rules, of believing in possibilities, of unsubscribing from anything that doesn't feel right, and the out-of-body experience that gave me what I needed to come back to those answers again and again. I'm Carolina, and this is My Delulu Life.

Hello, hello, hello. Welcome, welcome, welcome to today's episode. Thank you so much for being here.

Today's episode is a little bit bittersweet. I have been going through the overwhelm and the pressure myself, and I'm happy to say that I am on the other side. Also, I think we often look at it like, you know, we're either in it or we're on the other side, exactly like I just did.”

“But I feel like maybe it's cyclical. And like I said in the intro, I really feel like overwhelm can be used to our benefit, and these things happening to us can happen for our benefit if we learn how to look at it differently. I mean, that's what we're going to be talking about today.

But I've been feeling the overwhelm. I've been feeling the pressure. If you've been around for a minute, you know I've been going through this whole divorce process.

It's been almost two years, which is like the craziest thing. It's the longest breakup of my life. And thankfully, I just received my divorce order, and I will be officially divorced effective May 1st, which is so awesome.”

“Like 18 days, minus like, it would have been two years on May 18th. So like, we're just under the wire here. But it is so nice to feel a little bit of relief from the pressure there.

But like, not only that, I've been feeling a lot of pressure in a lot of other ways. So I'll share a little bit about that, and I'll share exactly what I did to get on the other side of it. Because like I said, I really feel like if we can use it to our benefit, that it's really something that we don't have to look at it with these feelings of dread.

Because I feel like these feelings of dread and these feelings of, oh my gosh, I'm so overwhelmed, like all the emotion we put on it. Because we can feel overwhelmed, but then there's also these other emotions tied to it because we're labeling what overwhelmed looks like. We label overwhelm as a bad thing.”

“But if we can look at it through clear eyes and we can look at it as a gift, maybe it can be something that we can use to our benefit. And I know it's so easy to say when you're not overwhelmed, that you can look at it as a gift. But I really feel like, don't we want to feel good every day of our lives?

And if we can look at overwhelm like a gift, we're choosing to look at it like a struggle. And so if we can look at it like a gift, we're giving ourselves that little bit more peace, that little bit more relief. So I don't know, just little ways we can shift our perspective can really help give us a little bit of peace and a little bit of clarity before we even go through the process that I'm gonna outline here in this episode.”

“And I really feel like that's it at the end of the day. Like if you can relief, if you can give yourself relief, and even if you're still stuck in a situation, like I was stuck in this whole divorce process, it was completely out of my hands for two years, like you can look at it as stuck and you can look at stuck as a bad thing. Or like I said in the intro, you can look at overwhelm as the universe's way of telling you to pause and maybe you need that.

Cause like maybe the universe is like, it's cool, like take this time because when you get out on the other side, things are gonna be so amazing and you're gonna be grateful for this time that you had to pause, you know? Anyway, that's another way to look at it. But for me lately, it's been one of those, like when the universe speaks, you should listen.”

“And I think the universe is speaking when you're seeing a lot of overwhelm. When you keep spinning your wheels, when you keep trying to do everything and you're not getting anywhere, it's like you're stuck in the mud. It's like listen to that as guidance.

Like look at what's happening in your life and take it at face value. Don't assign it these emotions, good or bad. Just look at it as what is.

Remove all the emotion. If you can remove the emotion from it, and you can look at what's going on in life as factual. You can look at it as it just is.”

“For example, it's raining outside. If you're upset that it's raining, there's literally nothing you can do about it. So remove the emotion from it and you give yourself some peace.

Your automatic response to be upset about the rain is the problem. The problem isn't that it's raining. The problem is this automatic response that you've picked up.

And so if you can release that automatic response, if you recognize that you have this automatic response and you can release it, that's what gives you the freedom and that's what gives you the clarity. So you can look at it and you're like, oh, okay, it's raining. I'll wear my rain boots.”

“I'll wear my rain jacket. Done. End of the day.

Or I'll stay in and I don't have to deal with the rain at all. It's the response to the situation is what you need to shift. And the reason we have these responses is because we're disconnected from ourselves.

We've picked them up from other people, and it's running on autopilot and recognizing what that is and being able to let that go. That's where the clarity lives in your life. That's where the freedom lives in your life.

That's where the peace lives in your life. It's there. It is always there.”

“You can always access it, but you have these other programs running on the surface that you need to learn to let go. And that's what we do here, and that's what I do in my work. So welcome to my world.

Hit that subscribe button because we are freeing you from the hamster wheel so that you can live a life that is aligned with your soul, aligned with your purpose, aligned with your power, aligned with your peace, and you will be so much happier. So as I was saying, when the universe speaks, listen. And I'm so, I'm the first one to stand there, and I'm the worst with this lesson, and I've been the worst with this lesson my whole life.

The universe, often, I used to say this all the time, the universe usually has to smack me over the head for me to listen, because the universe will be like, hey, you need to pause. And I'm like, I'm a Taurus. So I'm like, no, I'm so stubborn.”

“I'm like, I'm doing things my way. And the universe is like, no, girl, take a pause. And I'm like, no way, I'm doing this my way.

And the universe is like, all right, we're just gonna have to hit her over the head with a two by four so she listens, because she's not listening. And so like too many times in my life, I would fight against the universe telling me to pause. And when you're overwhelmed and you're spinning your wheels and you feel all this pressure and you just want relief from the pressure, you're doing anything you can to get relief from the pressure, but you're creating more pressure for yourself, it is so backwards.

Like our belief is so backwards. That's what I mean by like these patterns are playing out in your life. They're keeping you stuck in these loops.”

“And like when you can recognize them and let them go, that's where the freedom is. But even so that I've connected to myself and I have this beautiful process to connect to myself that came to me in my out of body experience, I still get stuck in these loops because I'm human, we're human, life is lifey. It is what it is.

That's why we need to just remember to come back to these things. But too many times I'm fighting against the universe because I feel uncomfortable and I want relief. Like that's really what it is at the end of the day.

Overwhelm feels uncomfortable. Pressure feels uncomfortable. So I'm doing whatever I can.”

“Like I always, I always clean when I feel upset, clean because it's something I can control. And I take the vacuum. I love vacuuming.

I love that I can see dog hair all over the carpet. And then I vacuum and all of a sudden the carpet is just clean. It just, it helps me feel like I'm in control.

Like if my life feels messy and my home feels messy, but then I can actually control the mess in my home, I can make the mess in my home go away and I feel more in control. But that to me, pausing to clean is actually a way that I can release, release the overwhelm because I physically, it changes the energy in the space, it changes the vibe, it changes how you feel and you look at your space and there's something internal that shifts when there's this whole belief train of thought. I don't know what it's called, where it's like your external world is a reflection of your internal world.”

“And so when you can clean, when you feel overwhelmed, there's a lot going on inside and there's a lot going on outside, but you can clean the outside, it gives you some peace on the inside. So anyway, that's something I do, but I also feel like that is a version of pausing. And it's the kind of thing that you're like, you're putting up your hands, you're like, okay, well, there's no more doing that I can do, so I will just take care of me, because cleaning is a form of self-care, I think, because if you're living in a messy space, I personally get more overwhelmed when everything's messy.

So like I start putzing and I tidy and then I vacuum and I don't dust, I hate dusting. I really should, it really changes the energy too, but and then I put on essential oils and we put on some nice music, you're literally shifting your vibration. Anyway, but lately, I didn't remember to do those things.”

“I was so stuck in the overwhelm. I was so stuck internally because I had stopped turning to my process. I had stopped making that a regular thing for me.

I was trying to make it a less regular thing for me so that I could spend more time living my life. And what happened was, I stopped living my life. I started feeling overwhelmed again.

I started feeling so much pressure, and I lost myself. I completely lost myself. I was just spinning my wheels, trying to get ahead.

And the universe was like, slow down, girl, slow down, girl, slow down, girl. And to the point where I started getting so many migraines, although I have to say, I was talking to other people and they have gotten a bunch of migraines too. And so I don't know if it's energetic in the universe or what, but for me, because I don't get sick.”

“I hardly ever get sick. I never got COVID. I don't get sick.

And but I have another friend who's sick all the time, and I often hear her complaining about her life. And I really feel like it's the universe's way of forcing her to pause, but she's not seeing the lesson either. So like, she keeps going through these cycles of frustration and sickness.

And I really feel like that's the universe's way of being like, girl, look at your life. And I feel like the universe was doing that to me too. They're like, all right, we're going to give you some migraines so that you pause because you're not remembering that pausing is, you know, it's not really the pause that's the key.

It's the turning inward and connecting back to yourself. That's the key. But I was forgetting to do that.

And so life forced me to take a break until I started listening. And it took a while. It took less long than it has in the past, but it took a while for me to realize that I needed to take a break.”

“And so I'm listening now. And what that did, because I'm not really good at like announcing things ahead of time. I'm not the person who's going to be like, I mean, I used to do this, like I'm now not the person who's going to be like, okay, everybody, I'm taking a break from social media because blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

And like, have fun without me. Or like, hi, everyone, I'm taking a break from the podcast because blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Like, I want to be upfront and open with you.

And I also need to take care of me. And I was so stuck in me that I, I don't know, I just didn't. I just, all of a sudden, the deadline was passed, and last week's episode should have come out.

And it didn't. And that's life. It is what it is.”

“And sometimes that's what you got to do in life. You got to just take what comes at you and do what you're doing. But like I said, I was so stuck in, I want to call it the reality of it, and not in myself.

I was so stuck. And it was just easier to avoid everything than it was to, you know, and it was, you know, trying to spin my wheels and control things in some ways. And then everything was out of control.

Everything got out of control. The more I tried to control, the more everything felt out of control. So I took a break.

I'm gonna be taking a little bit more of a break from the show. This is just a little bit of an update on that, I guess. And also the tips that are working for me.

But I'm also taking a break from the Sunday Reset. I've talked about that a lot. And that's been bringing me a lot of frustration lately.”

“And that's not what it's for. That's not the energy that it is. And it's been making me feel very overwhelmed too.

So I'm taking a break from it. I'm literally pausing my life. I am done spinning my wheels.

I'm done trying to find the perfect plan. Perfect plans don't exist. Talking to ChatGPT isn't gonna give you clarity.

Even human design can keep you stuck spinning your wheels. And I've been kind of stuck there because I've been trying to look there for clarity. But the problem is, it's like, we're looking outside of ourselves for clarity, but you can only get clarity by looking inward.

You are the only one who knows what's perfect for your life. You are the only one who knows what's going to be aligned for you, what's perfect for you. And yes, like I said, there's a lot of autopilot stuff going on on the surface, which could be clouding what's going on underneath.”

“But I have this process that came to me in the out-of-body experience that helps you bypass all of that. And that's not to say that there isn't still work to let go of these processes that are still running on autopilot. Like I said, things still run for me.

But when you have this piece and clarity to come back to, when you have this sense of wholeness, when you have this connection to yourself, that you can always come back to, that you can always lean on, that's what makes everything possible. That's what makes you have the awareness you need to look at stuff and realize like, oh, this is playing out in my life. This keeps happening and I don't like that.

And you turn inward and that's what helps you get through it. So if you're interested in that, I'm going to be running, like I'm looking for a small group of people to test my process because I want to take you through it deeper than just a meditation. I was trying to share it with you as a meditation because that's what I use to keep coming back.”

“But I want to run people through a small group so you can actually see what it's like to really get through each level, to really get to that clarity, so that you can keep having this to come back to, and then the meditation becomes secondary. But you need this awareness first. So if you're interested in that, there'll be a link in the show notes.

And I always say that human design gave me so much clarity in my life, and that is true. But I really have to say that lately it's been keeping me stuck. And I still love it.

And I just want to say this in case you're into human design too. I found this girl online, she was advertised to me. The universe brought her to me.

And like I said, human design is still very, very, very validating. But I have to say that there are so many ways to interpret it. You can listen to one person and they'll interpret your chart one way and you listen to someone else and they'll interpret your chart another way.”

“You'll listen to some people and they'll be positive about your human design in every aspect. You'll listen to someone else and they'll be like, beware of blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And I'm not okay with that kind of fear-mongering.

Again, I don't think we should be assigning these emotions of good or bad, these labels of good or bad. It just is. It just is what it is.

So looking at your chart could potentially keep you stuck because there's so many expressions, so many perspectives. And especially for me as a manifesting generator, we're encouraged to be doing all the things. But even that can keep you stuck because you're trying to do all these things, you're trying to be so authentic, and you're trying to be so like this was this was my thing.”

“I wanted to be the most authentic version of me that I can, which is why in everything I do in life, I keep refining, refining, refining. But I feel like it's just keeping me burnt out all the time and keeping me seeing no results at the end of the day. But this woman that was advertised to me, she has a particular piece of the chart to look at.

And because I have three human design books, I've read them all cover to cover, and I have such a deeper understanding than the average person. Not as deep as the readers, like I'm not a reader by any means. But I used my books, I used her advice, I looked through that.

I even made a custom GPT in ChatGPT with my chart. And I put her information into my GPT, and he looked at it against my chart, and I told him what she said to look at. And for the first time since I've been spinning my wheels, my whole chart feels like it's singing in harmony instead of noise.”

“It feels like all the dreams that I've had in my heart are actually possible with this to click. And it's, this particular thing is clarity that came to me after my overwhelm spiral. So, but I have to, but I'm bringing this up just to say, if you love human design too, beware, not from a fear mongering way, but from a like, if you're spinning your wheels, but you keep trying to find clarity and you're not really getting it, it could be that you're looking at too much of your chart.

And like, you can send me a DM on Instagram. If you want to know who she is, I'll send you her, her page, because I found it so validating and so, like it gave me so much clarity. I can't think of, I think her name is Dana, but like, I forget what her handle is.”

“I love her perspective, and I finally understand it, and I understand how it works for me, and I understand how it works for my dream, and I understand how I can put it out in the world, and it's gonna shift everything for me. And this is the clarity I was looking for, but it didn't come to me by pushing, it came to me by pausing, it came to me by turning back to these things that I lean on all the time to that clarity, that self-trust, that connection to myself, not looking outside of myself, but looking inside of myself for these answers. Because I live my life by following the principle of my highest excitement always at the end of the day, above honouring commitments, above the shoulds, above the have tos.

My only commitment I need to honour is to myself. My only should and have to is to be true to myself. And you can't do that when you're stuck in the overwhelm because you're spinning your wheels and you're looking outside of yourself, and you need to lean on how to look internally to have that clarity, to have that validation”

“At the end of the day, looking outside of you for the answer or following the rules you were taught growing up, that's the problem. That's what's keeping you stuck. That's what's keeping you in overwhelm.

That's what's keeping you feeling pressure. That's what's keeping you spinning your wheels, stuck in the mud, doing the same thing over and over and over and seeing no results. And that's what came to me in the out-of-body experience.

It was how to connect to myself, how to get everything to sing in harmony, how to literally, literally hack life. Because the way that I am hacking life is to continue to turn back to myself, to continue to turn back to this. It is your power source, but it's so simple.

It's so simple. It's not easy, but it's so simple. You're just turning back to you, turning back to you.

That's what the Phoenix Rising process does. That's what's changed my life. And it keeps releasing me from the overwhelm.”

“It releases me from overthinking, from the pressure, from constant questioning, from constant searching. And it brings me back to clarity, to center, to wholeness, to me in a way that I've never seen myself before. I really don't resonate with this language of like, come back home to yourself.

Like, people say it, but like, until you understand the Phoenix Rising process, I don't think you fully understand what coming home to yourself or being true to yourself or being yourself really means. Like, I didn't. People always saying, like, connect to your intuition to connect to all this stuff.

Well, I didn't know what that was. No one teaches you how to do it. You're a child and you're raised to look at other people, to listen to other people.

These are the rules. Follow the rules. Or like, I saw this post the other day about Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus when they were together, and he told her to behave on the red carpet.”

“It's comments like that that are keeping you from your authentic expression. And if you go through life believing that that's what you have to do, you are more and more and more disconnected from who you are. And the Phoenix Rising process brings you back to you.

It, I can't say enough that it changed my life, and it's not just the meditation, it's the process as a whole. It's the process and everything I picked up along the way that helped make this process possible, which is exactly what I'll be walking you through. So get your name on that VIP list, and I will email you when I have it already.

I was gonna do this a year ago, and I didn't have the clarity then that I do now to be able to pull the trigger, so it's happening.

Anyway, I was so stuck in overwhelm, and I had lost my way. Like I said, I got stuck in the spirals again, I got caught in other people's opinions, I got lost in what outside sources were telling me, and all these outside pressures. So I am pausing.”

“I'm taking a time to come back to me, taking a break from the show, like I already took last week, and I don't know how long, probably not long, because I already have my clarity, but the whole point of taking the pause is to come back to you, so you can come back clearer with more purpose. And like I said, I'm taking a break from the Sunday Reset 2 for the exact same reason. And the thing is, you get in these situations, and then your mind is like, oh, well, I can't afford to take a break.

But you can't afford not to. You can't go through your life spinning your wheels and doing all the shoulds and have tos. You're never going to get what you actually want in life doing that.

So like, sure, short term financially can't afford it for long term gain. Like, you can't afford not to. You only have this one life.”

“You get to choose what you do with every single day. You have this awareness that I've given you now. You have this process that I am literally inviting you to come try with me so that it can change your life.

I can give you that deep clarity that I had. I can literally walk you through it so that you can do it yourself, too. It's totally up to you whatever you do with that.

All I can do is invite. I can offer. And it's your choice.

You can take all of these perspectives from this show, and it's your choice. It's your choice at the end of the day. Do you want to keep going the way you've been?

Do you want to keep sitting in the overwhelm? Do you want relief from the spiral? This is how I found that relief.”

“And already since I've been on this break, this little pause, I've seen massive shifts. I literally just took a break. I think it was when I got my divorce order, so like four days ago, because I was spinning my wheels, and I missed the deadline for the show, and I was actually feeling really shitty.

There was all these emotions tied with like, oh my gosh, I didn't put out the show. I love doing the show, but I want to be authentic, and I don't have something to say, and I have these migraines, so I can't show up, and oh my gosh, what do I do? And then I was feeling additional pressure from all of that.

And once I got the divorce order, and I was like, now I feel lost. I'm taking a break. And so like four days of taking a break, I've seen massive shifts, and here's exactly what I did.”

“So I finally had the realization, the universe finally hit me over the head. I finally took the break, and I prioritized, like I've been saying this whole time, coming back to me, whatever that looks like to you, for me, it's the Phoenix Rising meditation portion of the process, which was so hard to come back to, because like I said, I haven't been doing it. And when I take too much of a break from doing it, my overthinking is off the charts.

Like it is so loud. It is so hard to come back to me when the overthinking is literally shadowing everything, because it's like everything, it's like the brain is shouting and everything else is whispering. Like that's what it's like.

And so to sit there and try to meditate when your brain is shouting and you're like, okay, I really am trying to listen to all these whispers, but you can't hear them because the brain is shouting. But that's where constant, and I'm not even gonna say daily, because like I suck at doing stuff daily. Let's call a spade a spade.”

“Like it is what it is. So like, I came back to my meditation. I came back to me.

I prioritized doing it. And I'm able to hear more of what's going on. The more you do it, the quieter the brain becomes, and the louder the whispers get, so everything is kind of more equally volumed.

So I prioritized that, and I prioritized the pause. Like I said, despite not being able to afford it, I got real with myself, real with what's not working. Pushing's not working.

I'm not seeing results. And giving yourself a little pep talk. You're not giving up on yourself.

You're just finding a better way. You're just taking a break. It's like people who go on vacation.

You're just taking a break. You're just, if the way you're going isn't working for you, it's okay to take a break. You're not giving up on yourself.”

“You're actually giving yourself exactly what it needs, because sometimes you get stuck. The thing, we do the same things almost every single day. So if your life starts getting hard and you're start feeling overwhelmed and you feel pressure, that's literally a sign that something you're doing isn't working.

And so taking this pause to come back to you is literally the key. It's literally everything you need in order to live a better life. And you need people in your corner who are going to believe in you, if you don't believe in yourself enough yet.

And if you have no one, I'm here for you. Because I had no one, and I don't want anyone to ever feel like they have no one. Because I truly believe that anything is possible, and we just need people in our corner to do that.”

“And we can shift our frequency and shift into that reality. And like I said, it all starts with turning inward. And giving yourself this pep talk of like, knowing that the universe has your back, knowing that there is a way for everything to work out in your highest good, knowing that, and trusting that it's all unfolding exactly how it's supposed to, and knowing that that's a good thing, knowing that the pause is a good thing, knowing that the overwhelm is a good thing, because it's helping you come back to you at the end of the day.

And then I prioritized my joy. I picked back up my Nintendo controller, because I hadn't been playing as much. And I had been seeing really cool results from that a few months ago.

So I picked it back up and found joy in play. And what I did, which really clicked everything for me yesterday, was listening to my mentor. I stopped being in her community for personal reasons, but there's something about her energy that always makes me feel more connected to myself.”

“And she always speaks such truths, and she has an audio book. So while I was playing Animal Crossing, I turned the volume off on Animal Crossing, and I had turned on her audio book. And that made me feel more connected to myself than I could in my meditation because my mind was so loud.

So that gave me a huge sense of peace and coming back inward and coming back to myself as well. So I encourage you to find who that person is for you and always listen to their voice. Because sometimes in human design too, being around certain energies clicks things for us, it completes circuits for us so that we can do certain things.

So I don't know what it is about her chart that completes things for me, or maybe that's just her purpose to reflect things back to us. Because I always feel that when I'm in her presence, and since I'm not in her community, I'm definitely using her audio book in that way and it's working. So her name is Kathy Heller.”

“If you want to use her too, like her audio book is Abundant Never After, and it works for me. Find someone that works for you, who makes you feel that way, makes you feel seen, makes you feel whole, makes you feel like anything is possible. That's what this is at the end of the day, because that's what you get from your wholeness.

If you can't feel it inside of yourself, find someone outside of you that reflects that to you. So I did that. And then I came out of that play session feeling so grounded, so much more myself, and clarity hit me in that moment.

It's exactly what I've been preaching this whole episode. It's like, if you can come back to you, come back to your center, come back to your clarity, or yeah, come back to you. That's where clarity lives.

That's how you access it. It's when I paused that I actually saw movement. And it feels so backwards.”

“You're like, well, if I hit the break, I'm not gonna be moving forward. But sometimes you need to hit the break if you're at a dead end, so that you can actually look at the map and see where you went wrong, and look inward to find what actually feels right. So let's take a moment to experience the pause together.

We used to do this on the show a while back, and I might be bringing it back in the 2.0 version of the show, because this is the kind of stuff that we need in our day. So if you can, if you're in a safe space, don't do this if you're driving, like be responsible. Take a deep breath in with me.

Exhale and feel into gravity. Feel the weight of gravity supporting you in the seat beneath you, or if you're outside and you're standing, or inside and you're standing, feeling gravity support your feet. This process takes you out of the overwhelm.”

“It takes you out of the mind. It takes you out of the spiral and it brings you back to you. It is such a simple way to bring you back to you.

Feeling into that gravity is like feeling into your body. It's getting out of your head. Feeling into you, feeling into your wholeness, feeling into your power.

And my biggest hack for feeling into your power, for getting out of the overwhelm and feeling like anything is possible, is feeling into your connection with source. Whoever that is for you. You are one with source.

We are all a piece of source. It is unified oneness. And continuously practicing how to tap into source, to feel that power, that abundance, that limitlessness.

That is what will help you feel like anything is possible. That will help you move mountains.”

“So feeling into gravity, and then feeling into source, and allowing that feeling to permeate all parts of your being.

This is peace. This is you. This is wholeness.

This is who you are beneath the overwhelm, beneath the pressure, beneath spinning the wheels. This is instant relief. You always have access to this.

This is where clarity lives. You always have access to this. This is your birthright.

Taking another deep breath in with me. Exhale all the overwhelm.

Taking another deep breath in with me. Exhaling the labels.

Inhaling all the abundance and power and clarity that is you.”

“And coming back from this, slowly blinking your eyes open if they were closed. I don't know if you feel it, but like I feel tingles every single time. That's just a mini version of my process.

It's a mini thing that you can do to access your clarity and your peace every single day. This is what you need when you're overwhelmed. Not more doing, not more connection, not more answers.

It's not outside of you. The reason you feel overwhelmed is because you're disconnected from yourself. And when you can remove those labels and you can access yourself again, that's where you find the peace and clarity that you're actually searching for.

That's where you find the relief. The reason you're spinning your wheels is that you've lost your connection with yourself, and this is how you come back to that. More pushing, more doing, more searching is not going to fix that.”

“Returning to yourself is. And if you have no idea what that looks like for you, like I said, I'm looking for a small group of people to guide through my experience. It's exactly what I did to come back to myself.

It's exactly what came to me in my out of body experience. It's exactly what a lifetime of in the self-help world has helped me put all these pieces together to create this experience for you. You'll be guided through that exact process that I use to connect to myself, to find my inner confidence, to find my inner clarity, to find my inner power.

And what you do with this invitation is up to you. You experienced a piece of that here today with me, and the experience I walk you through is the full version. If you're interested in being one of the first to walk this path with me, set down the overwhelm, and have a constant place of peace to come back to, head to the link in the show notes, put your name on the VIP list, and I will email you when I have more details.”

“There is literally no obligation. You just put your name on an email list. That's it.

And for now, the show will be in a little bit of a pause state. Like I said, it won't be long, because I already found my clarity. Thank you, Animal Crossing and Kathy Heller.

You can expect to see me again soon with a mini makeover to the show and more clarity so you can start living your life in a way your soul intended, and stop getting stuck in the mud of life. Subscribe to the show if you don't already so you don't miss any of these updates, and so you can change your fucking life. Like let's go.

Let's stop settling and let's start thriving. Okay. I'll see you in the next one.

Bye.”
